From a follow-up email, I scheduled a same day evening appointment. The vehicle I was exploring online proved to be exactly as advertised and great value for the price. A great thank you to James B, Sheryl M, and Michael P. for providing an outstanding customer experience. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and you were all attentive to my needs. I financed with great rates and terms. It was a one-stop shop, as they took care of contacting my insurance and processing my Tag/Title application. I drove off the lot with my new vehicle and no “to do’s” on my part. Eric provided a flash drive that contained electronic copies of all paper-work. I left as a happy and extremely satisfied customer.
