Won’t buy here again .. promises broken my experience here was just ok, only because I chose a great vehicle. My sales person was not very happy and patient with me . I suppose he preferre my experience here was just ok, only because I chose a great vehicle. My sales person was not very happy and patient with me . I suppose he preferred a customer that he would’ve made more of a commission out of. I bought a used car and wasn’t treated like a valued customer. First of all, I felt rushed. I was getting ready to test drive a couple of cars and was looking at stickers of other cars and he kept asking me if i was ready, like he was in a hurry to close the deal: very little personality, not very friendly either. secondly, they make you sign a paper that says you’re going to say yes to all of the questions in your review. Are you kidding me?! Just for that, NO. And the man didn’t even try: I must say this was his most passionate sell lol. Thirdly, he tells me i will get copies of everything I signed. Did I? Nope! I didn’t get even a third of the papers i signed. Additionally, i signed and acknowledged a form stating that i received two keys, which i had only received one and was ASSURED that the second one was in service and will get it Monday which the sales person drove to my house and WAS THE WRONG ONE/. Well now i HAVE TO DRIVE BACK which he said the key fitting process will only TAKE AN HOUR. They sure are in a. Hurry to sell you a car, but obviously your time isn’t valuable. I called six times (one of which was a manager Paul or John ) and asked for a trunk tray because of the inconvenience : no call back. Still waiting. I won’t hold my breath and i surely won’t be back to service the vehicle. More
