The sales manager Sam was extremely dishonest. My car was delivered to me and the lease contract was incorrect. At first I thought this was an honest mistake, but when the sales associate Michael My car was delivered to me and the lease contract was incorrect. At first I thought this was an honest mistake, but when the sales associate Michael (who confirmed the paperwork was incorrect) called Sam, not only did Sam deny it he tried to take advantage of me and get me to pay more money. Sam also kept interrupting and spoke over me and would not allow me to speak. He even hung up on me for no reason whatsoever and never apologized. I would never work with him again.
