I have dealt with this dealer in the past but this is the first time since Mark Paddack has taken over. My experience with Mark was nothing but positive. Even though I wasn't ready to purchase a new car tr first time since Mark Paddack has taken over. My experience with Mark was nothing but positive. Even though I wasn't ready to purchase a new car treated me as though I was the dealers best customer. I would not hesitate to purchase a car from Mark or recommend him and his team to anyone. I expect the cars made by Ferrari to deliver a world class experience... and they do. What I didn't expect was to have a world class experience with the San Francisco Ferrari dealership... but I did. class experience... and they do. I've bought and sold many high end cars over my life time and I've learned to tolerate mediocrity in many of the dealerships where I've done these transactions. James Chou and Tom McAfee were informative and helpful through my special order process for my dream car. Both of them, along with Mark Paddack (the Sales Director) recommended options that would fit the through my special order process for my dream car. Both of them, along with Mark Paddack (the Sales Director) recommended options that would fit the mission of the car, and steered me away from potentially disastrous combinations I'd regret later. Then, they kept me abreast of the order status of the car as it was being built, and e-mailed me often while it was in transit. As it happened, it arrived earlier than anticipated -- and the delivery date was set on the day of a "Ferrari Driving Experience" event, organized by Ferrari of San Francisco. Imagine being surrounded by snarling red Ferraris at the racetrack, driving them around at speed, under the watchful and professional eyes of their instructors, then concluding the day by picking up your own specially ordered Ferrari. What a fantastic day! Thanks to the FoSF team for making it happen. James and Tom are part of a great team at FoSF. They are unambigious, know their products well, and have a passion for the Cavallino Rampante. You've got a very happy customer here! More

My experience with all personnel was truly excellent. My wife feels the same way. We were treated in a very professional manner but at the same time, as friends. James did a great job showing us the California and explained that if I wanted a new one I could buy the incoming demo model...but had to act fast today!! I was also helpful in discussing my trade in ...911S Porsche..he had been a Porsche dealer before and knew the model well...so I felt I got a reasonable trade in. When we returned for the car...with my grandkids, he was great again. took time to explain the new California and gave the kids a couple of Ferrari hats...to replace their Porsche ones. He also followed up aftert the sale to make sure everything was ok. In the first few days we managed to screw up the roof openning mechanism and he advised what to do, get the car into fix and Gino took care of that and had the car driven to the shop and back. Great service...we appreciate it having now three Ferraris!! More
