We discussed what I like in a car and how I will use it. We then went to the simulator and viewed all of the options and how they would look. Jeff was very good at helping explain the options and why I might want to consider some over others. He never pushed but now that I have the car I can say he was right on. The order to delivery time was about four months and I was continually updated on status which only made me wish I could have been in Italy and watched. The delivery date was to be on a Friday and my son and I had planned our trip. The dealership will not let a car go if the car is not perfect and there was a problem with the Navigation that required a part from Italy. The call to me must have been one of the hardest but that is when I saw the entire team from service to dealership manager go into overdrive. They certainly could not control the problem but I can tell you they were my advocate and they not only took it all the way up but it was also clear to me that it was the Top Priority. It is easy to be good when everything goes as planned but their reaction to the unexpected said more than can be put in print. Problem solved in a couple of days and the car is incredible. I purchased my first Ferrari from Ferrari of San Francisco when the dealership just opened and nearly 20 years later and after the most recent purchase I can attest to the high standards, great customer service/availability and the commitment to exceed expectations. More

I was fortunate enough to stop by Ferrari of San Francisco a couple of years ago in search of a used Ferrari. James and Mark Paddock worked with me and made my car purchase a true delight. EVERYONE is wonderful at this dealership. I enjoy going to the Ferrari events that are put on and just being able to see all the wonderful cars and people make the cost of ownership of a Ferrari worth every penny. I have had several "high end" cars and none of the cars or dealerships can hold a candle to SF Ferrari. Many of the exotic car dealerships treat you like a "one time" buyer. That is not the case here. James and Mark make you WANT to buy the latest greatest cars. Few things in life compare to "building" a new Ferrari in the new car ordering room. Knowing that in time what I ordered will be hand made and delivered half way around the world is very exciting to say the least! To say I recommend James and Mark and the entire dealership is an understatement. They are true "ambassadors" for the Ferrari brand. More

My experience was equally outstanding! The negotiations that I had with James Chou,were the most pleasant I have ever had in purchasing over 30 (THIRTY) cars in the past. He was a true gentleman in every phase of the sale. I purchased a 2007 F-430 coupe, with the CPO Guarantee. I was a little nervous buying a car from a dealership 2000 miles away, sight unseen. Fortuantly James Chou and Tom Mcafee put me at ease, and delivered a spetacular automobile that I couldn't be happier with. After receiving the car, it was discovered that there was a problem with the gear shifter. James, Tom, and Mark Paddack arrainged for he car to be picked up at my house in St. Louis and taken to their other dealership in Texas. There Steve the service manager went outo of his way to fix and return the car as soon as the parts came in. All of this was done at their exspense. They even shipped the car back to me on a 1 day hot shot delivery so I could have it for this weekend Ferrari Club of Saint Louis event. This will be my 5th Ferrari, and certanly will not be my last. My next one will also be purchased from them. Thank you Ferrari for selecting such terrific dealerships such as Ferrari of San Francisco to represent your cars, which are the ultimate vehicles, no questions asked.
