Not happy with the front desk which should connect to the service when you ask nicely! I have bought my BMW NOW FOR 30 years coming for services as well for 30 years and I have a big disappointment with Ram service when you ask nicely! I think the next car I will get from Hackensack NJ because they are much nicer there! More

Mr. James and Anna Marie always take care of my car needs, they are so honest and polite and I feel so grateful with the way they take care of customers as well as my car. I really wants to thanks them for helping me the extra mile all times. The BMW should have this kind of people in all dealers. Unfortunately I can´t say the same about Roxbury BMW dealer, which is totally the oposite. I will never go back there, the waiting room only had bottle of water all the time not even coffee machine available and they are not honest when it comes to do services there. More

Just wanted to give you a huge shout out to Ben Abramov my service advisor. This guy went above and beyond to make sure my moms car was taken care of he’s polite super helpful and so knowledgeable on bmw c my service advisor. This guy went above and beyond to make sure my moms car was taken care of he’s polite super helpful and so knowledgeable on bmw cars. He’s one of the reasons why I come back to bmw. Ben is by far one of the best service advisors I’ve ever had my moms car was shaking and hesitant and after Ben took care of us it’s like we got a brand new car again . Ben goes above and beyond making sure our cars are always taken care of. Thank you so much for helping us and I can’t wait to keep dealing with bmw for more services. More
