A review of the San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership, I-35 South Frontage Rd, San Marcos, Texas March of 2026 my wife and I visited the San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership to l Dealership, I-35 South Frontage Rd, San Marcos, Texas March of 2026 my wife and I visited the San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership to look at a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. …We asked about the damage on the right side and they said it would be taken care of… …We asked about a towing package…they said it would be installed …We asked about a 2 Key Fobs…they said they would be provided… …We asked about their 128 point inspection, reference to brakes, transmission, front end alignment…They said everything was checked OK out and in good working condition. Shortly after purchasing the Jeep…We found the damage was not repaired. The 2 Key Fobs were not provided. No towing package installed. We also discovered that a front end alignment was needed (ie: not done prior to purchase) and the brakes (rotors, drums, parts) were rusted, needed to be replaced and were "not in good working condition". We followed up with the Dealership Service department and they turned a deaf-ear to repairing these items that were promised at purchase and said we would have to pay over $2500 out-of-pocket for these repairs. In summary…Do not recommend the San Marcos Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership and would recommend you look elsewhere for purchasing, service, and/or repairs. More
