I made a verbal agreement on the phone with finance manager before driving 2 hours to go purchase vehicle. I got there at 8:30pm I was told papers would be ready a sales rep would of called me to get i manager before driving 2 hours to go purchase vehicle. Once I was there they took some info and made me my two small children and friends that drove with me wait for hours. At 12 am they decided to do the paperwork after coming over and telling me I had the best deal and price and how I managed to get car down to 25,160 brand new toyota corolla hybrid 2024. Then when i went in office to sign I repeated how I was only paying for registration, tags, and taxes the manadatory fee no package or any other fees. I was told if I put a down payment my monthly fee would go down so I agreed to this. I was very sick and exhausted and my kids as well now almost 12:30 am there computer supposedly had a clitch and shut down and would not come back on. Then it finally did and he had me sign papers so quickly the time being near 1am in the morning. They gave me a usb insted of signed papers despite me asking for a copy. I did not see until I got a computer the next day that they added everything I declined to them to and added packages and all additional fees. They charge me over 32,000 instead of 26,000 that was agreed upon. I would never recommend you step foot in this place unless you want to get blindly robbed. They changed the numbers we agreed upon and my biggest mistake was allowing them to have me there so late that i was so tired to know that they did this. More
