Everyone was great until I started filling out the paper work for my purchase. All of a sudden the balance due, and the final cost increased $4,500 at the eleventh hour. I was ready to walk out when they fi work for my purchase. All of a sudden the balance due, and the final cost increased $4,500 at the eleventh hour. I was ready to walk out when they finally took off some of the additional costs they tried to trick me into paying. Also my trade in showed one amount on their online site, and when we were ready to close it was reduced by $4k. I would NOT recommend this dealership - sorry. Just be transparent - this should be a win-win. More
