I am a Lease customer. Scheduled service for body repair, took a month to get an opening. No rental was offered and when I called to inquire no one, out of five contacts ha Scheduled service for body repair, took a month to get an opening. No rental was offered and when I called to inquire no one, out of five contacts has gotten back to me. Serra Ford is too big to care. Don't go here and expect anything but the run around. Horrible way to do business. More
