I had dealt with Joel about a half a year ago when my daughter was looking for her first new car and he took the time to expalin everything with her. I knew that when I was going to be in the market for a vehicle I would come back to Martin Chevy and work work with Joel. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and make you feel comfortable. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the dealership and the service dept. I have already recommended the dealership and Joel to a few freinds. More

Amazing!!! I texted Joel Storm, who has helped me with leasing my 2 previous cars for myself....and told him that my daughter was going thru a very difficult div I texted Joel Storm, who has helped me with leasing my 2 previous cars for myself....and told him that my daughter was going thru a very difficult divorce...and that I needed to lease her a safe vehicle for her and my grandson...and that time and pricing were essential. Joel had me come in to see what he could do. He had some good lease pricing on the Chev Trax. We briefly spoke and I looked at the car outside. He gave me an indication of the pricing. I left there and discussed it with my daughter and then texted Joel back that I needed to see if he could do any better on the pricing...and what he could do on the lease protection. He told me to come in again. I stopped in there a week ago Monday... and Joel was with a customer, so had me sit with Marci. She brought the car around so we could take it for a test drive. I liked the car, so we went back to her desk to discuss final pricing. She kept talking with the manager Steve, and he worked with me even more on the pricing and the lease protection...so that it was affordable for my daughter. There was still one obstacle though, and that was how I was going to get it to my daughter that lives in DeKalb. Marci graciously offered to have a valet follow her that Wednesday to deliver it herself to my daughter. I was blown away by this. This is not your typical dealership at all. Everyone was so concerned for my daughter, and even said to make sure she has all of their contact info, from the sales people(Joel and Marci) to the manager (Steve), to the finance manager (James), so that she can contact them if she needs anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better support system in getting this done. If you want to deal with people that are truly genuine and caring, then this is the place. I have never dealt with any other dealershi like this. I am so grateful to all of you😍 More
