James, in particular went above and beyond to help me feel confident in purchasing my first Mazda, CX-5! He truly cares about the customer purchasing the vehicles and provided me the confidence I needed to go full-speed ahead with the transaction. Other dealers in the Valley and in Tucson lead me on a road to nowhere with pressured sales that resulted in a full stop to the buying process. Not here though! Mark Mazda took the high road and was transparent, fair, and honest in their pricing and sale of the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, James arranged it so that the car I was most interested in was front and center already waiting for me. Wow! Then, throughout the entire process, I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. In fact, James was super attentive, forthcoming, and patient with me, answering all of my questions, showing me several vehicles, and really taking the time to make sure that I felt I was making the right choice for me. He was very genuine in his approach, showing me that he really cared. He was not at all abrasive and never did I feel like I was being "sold". He also made sure that I was well taken care of when it came to the financing part. Together with Kevin, the financing part was completely seamless and they streamlined the entire process from A to Z taking a lot of the stress off of me. Thank you James for delivering the best car-buying experience I've ever had! More

I was particularly happy with James (my salesperson) and Kevin the finance guy. They had terrific customer service, were authentic and worked hard to meet all of my needs. I only gave a 4-star rating because it would have been nice to get more of my preferences in the actual deal--but in the end, I got the payment where I needed it to be and I should focus on that. I would highly recommend James to anyone interested in a Mazda. More
