Was happy with the repair of my car but not happy with the service we received from the service man "Paul". Called several times to talk to Paul and he never called back after 2 days. An urgent email was the service we received from the service man "Paul". Called several times to talk to Paul and he never called back after 2 days. An urgent email was sent to him to call my husband, he never called. I had to call and talk to someone else to find out the status of my car. When asking Paul why he would not return our call he told my husband he was just busy. After 2 days of calling I think somewhere in there he should have made time to call. That's his job! More

Wow Wow Wow. Spent well over fifty thousand dollars on a CPO car . They missed lots of things. Left it over night to be cleaned. And they scratched it. Still waiting to get it repaired.
