When I left the lumbar support switch on my seat was broken. It wasn’t broken when I turned the car in. Also, when the car was returned to me the dash was still not put in place. I had to remind them th broken. It wasn’t broken when I turned the car in. Also, when the car was returned to me the dash was still not put in place. I had to remind them that the car wasn’t complete. They did fix the dash, but the seat is still broken. I was surprised the car was released to the customer in that condition. It should have been obvious it wasn’t ready. I don’t think I will bring my vehicle in again. More

The service on our 2016 Ford Expedition was exceptional. Luis really took care of my wife trouble shooting the problem (it was a faulty ignition coil) and completing the work and getting her back on the ro Luis really took care of my wife trouble shooting the problem (it was a faulty ignition coil) and completing the work and getting her back on the road in a timely manner.
