I was a bit taken aback by the lack of courtesy and customer service with one of the greeters at the front desk. I test drove a car the previous day and returned the following day with my husband so h customer service with one of the greeters at the front desk. We waited about 10-15 minutes, which I thought was so unusual, as there were no updates when we would be helped, James just walked by and was surprised to see us waiting. It was obvious he was never notified. I could somewhat understand if the showroom was overwhelmed with guests, however, that was not the case. After meeting with both the Finance and General Manager it gets to be a bit overwhelming. More

I stopped into Lexus and met with James Golden I will tell you he is an amazing salesman. He had a wonderful personality, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. His professionalism was top tier and did not pressure me into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I needed a bigger vehicle and gave me plenty of options for SUVs. He was patient because I was indecisive but it didn’t matter he let me take my time and really decide what I want. I brought my dog Coco and he was so good to her and so friendly. I really enjoyed getting to know him, I felt like we were friends before in another lifetime. Everything went so smooth and I finally ended up picking out a vehicle that I fell in love with. James showed me all the newest technology on the car, helped clean out my old car to put in the new car just super nice. Everyone there was so personable and polite from the finance gentlemen Mr Dao. I really enjoyed my experience at Herb Chambers Sharon and will always do business with them. I also love my brand new Lexus NX 350. I’ve been a customer of Herb Chambers for 20 years. On Saturday we went back to Herb Chambers to look to see what was available. We were greeted by James he let us look around.
