I stopped into Lexus and met with James Golden I will tell you he is an amazing salesman. He had a wonderful personality, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was patient because I was indecisive but it didn’t matter he let me take my time and really decide what I want. I brought my dog Coco and he was so good to her and so friendly. I really enjoyed getting to know him, I felt like we were friends before in another lifetime. Everything went so smooth and I finally ended up picking out a vehicle that I fell in love with. James showed me all the newest technology on the car, helped clean out my old car to put in the new car just super nice. Everyone there was so personable and polite from the finance gentlemen Mr Dao. I really enjoyed my experience at Herb Chambers Sharon and will always do business with them. I also love my brand new Lexus NX 350.
