James was excellent in providing customer service. I was disappointed though to know that you did not have the part I needed for the tow hitch for my Toyota forerunner. I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After the service guy checked me in he said it would be around 2 hours. I said wait I have an appointment. He said that it was a busy time of the yea After the service guy checked me in he said it would be around 2 hours. I said wait I have an appointment. He said that it was a busy time of the year for them. I told him they should make less appointments. The oil change took 1 hour and 45 minutes. More

Very disappointed this time. Last day at my maintenance service for my rav4, the service team of Toyota bradenton call me to told me literally: “ your right front tire has irrepa Last day at my maintenance service for my rav4, the service team of Toyota bradenton call me to told me literally: “ your right front tire has irreparable damage (nails inside) and we need to change it. The new tire cost is about 360usd” … I said No, because the tire is almost new and maybe I thought that just a patch could works. after pick up the car, I went to other car service to inspect the tire and maybe put the patch, but my surprise was high when the technician told me it was just two small superficial nails, which did not internally affect anything in the tire, so it’s not necessary do anything more, the tire it’s perfect. More
