Not very thorough. Went for a pre-purchase inspection; tech missed a valve cover oil leak, and the fact that the radio and dash clock weren’t working. Tech found other items requiring attention, so he did the inspection. Just not very thorough, which is not what you wanna deal with whether you own the car, or especially if you’re planning on buying it… Also I asked to speak to the tech before he completed the inspection, as based on what he found, I may want more diagnostics done (on my dime). That never happened. More

My service advisor was very helpful and went the extra mile to give me full service with my tire warranty. His extra kindness made a very hard day much better. It’s the little things.
