Poor customer service. Sat in the waiting room 2 hours, while the person taking care of me went in and out of the garage area several times, just to be told tire was not in Sat in the waiting room 2 hours, while the person taking care of me went in and out of the garage area several times, just to be told tire was not in yet. I had plans and this really put me behind schedule and to have nothing done after 2 hours was really upsetting! I was never called and told it did not arrive and i was given an appointment saying it would be in, i still don't believe it could not be fixed. Both people were told I had plans next day and one kept calling me that day to come in, i was not even in town. Told one tire needed replaced and other I wanted checked was fine. Just got back from my actual dealer and nail in the just fine tire was in about the same place and they fixed it, these people told me it could not be fixed. Really feel throwing keys on the dash when nobody is truly watching the vehicles, takes forever to get somebody to wait on you even, is not a safe practice. Not to mention I had to call their "sister dealer" about a tire (which I was given one that nobody in a 3 state radius had). I only gave you 2 stars because they did fit me in for a fast appointment on a very busy day (this is the only positive thing I can say about this service department) even though the person that checked me in said it would be several hours after I was told it would be quick. He wanted to argue with me and never apologized when he found out what I had been told on the phone. Never told about any free bottles of water, saw several people waiting and even workers getting it. More

I will only buy a car from Toyota because of the way Sabrina works with me in the service department. I don’t feel I’m being taken advantage of.
