The dealership is nice but the service person Jason J. was awful! I came in for an oil change and I got the feeling I was disturbing him? He told me after the oil change that he would not reset the oil was awful! I came in for an oil change and I got the feeling I was disturbing him? He told me after the oil change that he would not reset the oil counter and when I asked why, he started talking in circles about why I should not change my oil. This guy has the personality of a postage stamp! I have owned four BMW's in the past and never has the dealership refuse to reset the counter. After I left, I had the feeling that maybe Zeigler BMW did not change my oil? Overall, I had a horrible experience at Zeigler BMW! I will definitely mention my experience to my friends that are BMW owners! Lastly, I have work with James Hatchet in the past and he is always outstanding, Jason could learn a lot from James Hatchet!!! More

Terribly Disappointed! We visited on the Orland location on 6/21/24 and sadly waited onsite for a tire repair/change and window inspection from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. Long story, short Corey gave little to no updates, insisted we contact the warranty office on their behalf and did not follow through with us. Each time we attempted to check in Corey was either on another call, lunch break or some “meet up” in the garage work area. Regrettably, this was the worst service we’ve received at BMW Orland Ziegler. I’ve never felt so invisible in my entire life! I believe in 2nd chances but I’m just not sure how Corey or Ziegler can redeem this subpar neglectful service. More
