Even though my husband and I had some differing ideas about "what" and "when", Alex got right to work and was so skillful at handling "us" (i.e. a couple of Boomers who weren't necessarily on the same page). We left very happy with all the questions we got answered - from Alex in Sales, Quan in Service, and James in Finance. Alex made arrangements to have the car we wanted transferred from a dealer in Oralndo. We picked it up at our convenience and now am so pleased with our new vehicle.
