Certified Used We purchased what we were told was a certified used Chrysler Pacifica. It is listed on our sales order as certified used. I contend that the vehicle We purchased what we were told was a certified used Chrysler Pacifica. It is listed on our sales order as certified used. I contend that the vehicle was just taken in on trade and was not inspected before we took delivery. During the test drive, the car pulled to the right when driving down the road. When demo-ing the stow and go seating, it was very apparent that the vehicle had not been detailed. The dealer fixed those issues on the spot. We excepted delivery and drove the 200 plus miles home. After we got home, I discovered that the 2nd row seat on the driver's side will not stow as the bracket was/is broken and will not move to stow the seat. The electronic compass is exactly 180 degrees off. When facing east, the compass says west. The tires have less than 4/32nds tread left on them. There is no way the vehicle was inspected, therefore, there is no way it could be certified. Yes, we got a fantastic price, but we didn't get what we payed for, which is a CERTIFIED vehicle. More
