James Hicks joined Heiser Toyota as a Sales Consultant in 2004. He’s known for his ever-present smile. But what his fellow colleagues notice most, is its electric way of spreading to his customers. James always seems to have the happiest customers. James sure goes out of his way to make you feel like he really wants your business. He’s friendly and works his hardest to get you the best deal possible. Growing up, James had a passion for music. In fact, he was once a member of the opening act for The Four Tops and The Temptations. Heiser Toyota would like to recognize him for “The Way You Do the Things You Do”, but James would most likely respond “I Can’t Help Myself”. Outside of the dealership showroom, James is an all-around family man, the proud father of five children. Church and a faith-filled life are important to him. James is an elder in his Church, and works every day to provide an example for others to respect and follow.

We came in to check out an Internet special on a new toyota sienna and were so pleased with the whole experience. We didn't plan on purchasing a car that day but went in with the intent of checking the toyota sienna and were so pleased with the whole experience. We didn't plan on purchasing a car that day but went in with the intent of checking the car out and then thinking it over as we tend to take weeks even months before we make a big purchase.However the price was so right and the entire staff made it such an easy process when we asked for their absolute lowest price out the door, they printed it right out and explained it, that we did end up buying that day. After we found out our trade in value we left to go home and think and they were still so nice when at other dealerships we have been treated downright rude when we leave to think. When we came back we negotiated a little on our trade in and it was all handled very professionally and politely. We left feeling like we got a fair trade in and an absolute steal on our new car. James was wonderful throughout the whole process and so friendly with our two kids who were beyond done car shopping! We both continued commenting throughout the week on what a great process it was and would wholeheartedely recommend this dealership and particularly James to anybody in the market for a new car! More

I purchased two cars in a week from Heiser becuase of their friendly sales staff and their fair pricing on my trade-ins, new purchases and financing packages. In the last 5 years, I have purchased 4 cars their friendly sales staff and their fair pricing on my trade-ins, new purchases and financing packages. In the last 5 years, I have purchased 4 cars and have dealt with Mr. James Hicks on all of those deals. He is very honest and makes the whole process easy and enjoyable. Their service department is timely, professional, and always aiming to please. I bought my first car in 1984 from Heiser and I don't plan on going anywhere else. More
