I recently had my tire replaced at the Med Center Mazda , and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, efficient, and courteous. They cl and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, efficient, and courteous. They clearly explained my options, helped me choose the right tire for my vehicle, and completed the replacement of my flat tire quickly without compromising on quality. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated throughout the process. What stood out most was their attention to detail and customer care — they even checked my alignment and provided tips for tire maintenance going forward. If you’re looking for trustworthy service and a team that truly knows Mazda vehicles, I highly recommend the Mazda Center. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service needs! More

The first two advisors I spoke with were curt, indifferent and treated me like a number, not a person. The 3rd one,Gerald, was very nice, cordial and helpful. The contact with the service department working on my car was through text only and never gave an opportunity for questions or discussing the work with a human. Being a customer with Med Center for many years, I found the service department customer service has declined greatly! More

It cares about selling vehicles. It does not care about taking care of customers or being considerate with customers' time. I have bought two vehicles over 13 years. The results were It does not care about taking care of customers or being considerate with customers' time. I have bought two vehicles over 13 years. The results were the same for both. The buying experience was ok. The service sucks and the customer service is worse. It is obvious that this dealership does not value its customers loyalty or time. I have sat and waited for service on my vehicle many times. Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation is the norm. I have waited as long as 3 and 1/2 hours before. Even then I had to get the manager on duty to speed the process up. I have one more prepaid scheduled maintenance session. After that I will not be spending any more money with this entity. Also, if you sell a warranty to someone PLEASE BE WILLING TO SERVICE THE VEHICLE YOURSELF OR ARRANGE FOR IT TO BE SENT TO A QUALIFIED SHOP! Do not allow your "service advisors" to try to talk the customer into taking it to a different dealership simply because you do not want to deal with the hassle of transport. This is not taking of someone. It is running them away from your business and losing money in the process. More
