Spent over 900. 00 for service and had to get new brake pads and rotors sanded. Noticed a banging noise within 50 miles and lugs nuts i could hand tighten. I tightened them and then called dealer who recommended i have the other tires and nuts checked at express lube. More

Med Center Mazda is a neat, clean and orderly dealership. Making the service appointment was flawless. The service writer (James Hobbs), was not friendly at the least. He failed to acknowledge that I was there. The other service writer acknowledged my presence and informed me that Mr. Hobbs would be waiting on me. After my car was serviced, I informed Mr. Hobbs that I could not locate my keys. He went to my car and found them on the passenger floorboard, but never said a word. He doesn't seem to be satisfied with his job. I hope he treats other customers better than he treated me. More

I had a positive experience scheduling an appointment online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. I also appreciated the video walkthrough from the technician, which was very he online - the process was easy, and the wait time was very reasonable. The only downside was that the price quoted when I approved the work in the app increased at checkout and then adjusted again while they were trying to sort it out. I’m not sure why it fluctuated, but it would have been helpful to know the final price upfront as I ended up paying slightly more. More

Service was good and prices were reasonable, but ended up having to drive back because of a mistake. I lost another hour plus of my day.
