From the moment I checked in the experience was a very very good one. The service writer was very professional, genuine showed a great grasp and understanding of her role in defining the days process and very good one. Inviting me down to the visitor/ customer waiting area and offering me a choice of snacks and beverages. When the service was complete, in a very fast time frame, she came and got me and took me to the cashier. I was very satisfied with everything about my visit. I only wish I could remember the young ladies name. She deserves recognition while I did talk to James Hobbes I. Service and he too was very nice. The young woman whose name escapes me was the one my above comments were primarily directed to. More
