Oil change plus tire rotation took 3 hrs. I wouldn't say it is a bad dealer, but definitely you can tell that there is no other official mazda dealership in the area because if there was another, then they would be more worried about staying competitive and efficient. So much room for improvement. Update. I was contacted the next day after I posted my review about my bad experience and the dealer apologized and try to explain the situation. definitely a gesture that it is appreciated and also talks that they still care about improving. For now probably I will continue servicing my Mazda with them, I am optimistic for next service, I will see how things go. More
