Nice waiting area with drinks and snacks, definitely incentive for me to get my car serviced there since I can wait in comfort. However, price charged on a blown bulb was higher than what I was quoted incentive for me to get my car serviced there since I can wait in comfort. However, price charged on a blown bulb was higher than what I was quoted verbally when they asked if I wanted to get it replaced there and wasn't included in the written service for virtual approval as it was identified after the electronic service report.....didn't love that. Also thought the advisor could have been more willing to help when asked for advice regarding tire replacement that was recommended, rather I felt like I was bothering him by his reaction and he said he doesn't know since he didn't sell me the tires....which is true but I did still buy them from Mazda Pelham, so seems like me asking some questions would be reasonable. I don't know, maybe not. I do think the new multipoint inspection video that they do now is really cool though and a huge plus. More

We use Med Center Mazda for service on both of our Mazda autos. The online scheduling system is easy to use and the work is always completed within a reasonable time. Prices are not inflated like other serv autos. The online scheduling system is easy to use and the work is always completed within a reasonable time. Prices are not inflated like other service centers and they are honest about assessing the service needs. If you have to wait at the dealership for your service interval, then you are in for a very comfortable waiting area in a newly update facility. Thank you, Med Center Mazda! More
