It takes too long to get an appointment. And then once you have waited over a week for your appointment it takes over two hours to get an oil change, etc. You need to expand the service depa And then once you have waited over a week for your appointment it takes over two hours to get an oil change, etc. You need to expand the service department so the process is quicker. But more importantly so you don’t have to wait close to TWO WEEKS for a service appointment. More
