Excellent Customer Service. Definitely satisfied with the service center. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. Great service like this will keep me as a loyal Mazda customer. Joe was so knowledgeable and polite it really made my experience pleasant. I left feeling like a valued customer. Billy Mansel who originally sold me my CX-9 also greeted me and followed up on how I was enjoying my purchase. With service like this I’ll always recommend friends and family to Med Center Mazda. I have used this dealership for years. I have been pleased mostly. I have asked about my brakes several times. They said they were ok at 50%.
