For the most part, prices are competitive for general maintenance. Worth a little more for OEM Toyota parts and fluids and not worrying about workmanship like at a Jiffy Lube. I only use and trust Mac Haik Toyota for service, including oil changes. Robert Bropson is my Service Advisor who always goes out of his way to make sure my vehicles are taken care of. Janie, Ralph, and James Horton have helped me in the past also. It’s nice to come through the doors and be greeted by people who know my name. One of my vehicles is a 2008 Highlander with over 100K miles and Mac Haik keeps it in Tip Top Condition. Sometimes parts are not in stock for this year model but, Brian Bass, behind the Parts Counter is an expert in locating anything this vehicle needs.
