Although I purchased my 2024 F250 from them, they refused to accept the coupon they sent me for service at their Quick Lane. Service was scheduled and performed on December 15, 2025 @ 9:00am. The person to accept the coupon they sent me for service at their Quick Lane. Service was scheduled and performed on December 15, 2025 @ 9:00am. The person I dealt with explained that the coupons are for F150’s and the like…. Which sounds like a lie, as there’s no such disclaimer listed. Three phone calls to the business (1 each day since) have resulted in no return calls. More

My car was in and out of that shop WAY too many times. Even after the recall was performed on my car to fix the coolant from leaking into the engine. I still have white smoke pouring out of the tailpipe and no one there could see it. My car was there for over 2.5 weeks and when I picked it up because I wasn't going to pay to have band aid fixes for subpar parts to fail again. I started my car and right away a plume of smoke came out. So many strikes from this shop. Oil drain plug after every visit was tightened to the point I was unable to remove it myself even with an impact wrench. I had several other people try to remove it as well. Multiple sensor's going bad, fuel injectors bad, flex plate bad, the whole car and service bad... More
