Overall an honest and fair dealer but still had hassles with a salesperson who wasn't on top of her game, and finance tried to slip in an extra $600 ("oh... In their defense it was a challenge for them due to buying out of state and trying to meet my state's sales tax exemption, which finally seemed impossible. Took about 5 business days to just close the deal. Honestly, I hope I never have to deal with a car dealership ever again. At least they sold me an in demand prius prime at MSRP which is a lot better than many dealers. They had a very good selection. More
