First Car Purchase I am a college student who is graduating in May and I really wanted a Ruby Red Ford Fiesta. When I arrived at Shaker Ford, James was there and ready t I am a college student who is graduating in May and I really wanted a Ruby Red Ford Fiesta. When I arrived at Shaker Ford, James was there and ready to help. He was very patient with all of my questions and explained to me all of the options that I could get in the Fiesta. After test driving the car with him, I felt confident that this is the car I wanted. He took the time to go over all the paperwork and find my car within the state of CT. I couldn't have been more pleased with the customer service and price of the car. It is everything I wanted! I would definitely recommend Shaker Ford and James McCarley to someone who is looking to buy a new car. More

I LOVE SHAKERS!!! Shakers is hands down the best dealership to go to for sales and service in the area. I would even go as far to say the state. Their sales staff is exceptional and James was phenomenal when I leased my brand new Ford Escape. The whole process was extremely quick, easy, and stress and hassle free. I could not have been happier with the vehicle or the experience. Today I brought in my vehicle for its first service. I pulled into the shop, waited in the cozy lounge where I watched TV and drank coffee, and within just under an hour, my Escape was fully serviced and even washed! I could not have been happier with my entire experience. I have bought all of my vehicles from Shakers and based on my experiences, I plan to remain a loyal customer for life! More
