I felt the price I got on my vehicle was fair and the sales & finance associates I worked with were direc Overall a good experience with Sport Subaru. I felt the price I got on my vehicle was fair and the sales & finance associates I worked with were direct and friendly. The staff was knowledgeable and for the most part I always felt like I was the focus of whichever associate I was working with at the time. My only minor complaint is with the process of negotiating on the value of my trade-in, as well the stereotypical process of the sale associate having to go in the back to get a manager's approval and/or counteroffer during the negotiation process. It would be appreciated if the sales associates were empowered to make that part of the purchase quicker and more smooth. More

Repeat Satisfided Buyer James listened to our current situation, having been in an accident with our 2014 Forester (which we bought from James 3 years ago), and wanting to up James listened to our current situation, having been in an accident with our 2014 Forester (which we bought from James 3 years ago), and wanting to upgrade to the 2017, was able to accomodate our needs. When the vehicle color and feature combination was not available in stock at the dealership, James worked to find exactly what we wanted. We returned to James because every interaction we have had with him has been low pressure, helpful, pleasant and friendly. James Menzies and Jonathan Frisby made it very easy to purchase my car. And it was enjoyable. They are Very Personable. I had been to SEVERAL other dealer that week and Sport Subaru was by far the BEST of all I dealt with. No hard sale! Loved It! Serisa Blackmer was introduces to me the day I bought my car, in the service department. I made an appointment, for the special coating to be put on my car. When I arrived a week later for my appointment, she had everything ready to go. I was in and out in 10 minutes with a loaner car. More

Perfect Car Buying Experience I fell in love with the CrossTrek after my test drive, and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay, and what features I wanted (and didn't want). James w I fell in love with the CrossTrek after my test drive, and I knew exactly what I wanted to pay, and what features I wanted (and didn't want). James was great. He never pressured me into anything I didn't want, found the exact car I wanted. James communicated splendidly! I was able to drive away with my car a couple hours after it arrived, and he walked me through everything. Judy handled all my insurance changes without a hitch, and Justin did a great job getting through all the paperwork painlessly. I can't picture the day I will need another new car, I'm so in love with my current one, but I will definitely return if and when that happens. More

Not your typical car dealership. Pleasantly surprised! My husband and I had such a great experience here with James, Orlando and Jon Frisby in finance. When we first arrived on Friday, James greeted us out My husband and I had such a great experience here with James, Orlando and Jon Frisby in finance. When we first arrived on Friday, James greeted us outside. We initially has no intention of purchasing a car, in fact we were just coming to look at the Outback. James did not rush us or blow us off because we weren't planning on purchasing, but rather took time showing us several different models and even sat down with us and talked numbers. We continued to apologize and thank him for working with us even though we weren't planning on purchasing, but he reassured us that it was fine and to not worry. Once we sat down and started to talk numbers, he was very responsive to our financial needs and wasn't trying to push anything on us. Contrary to our plans coming in, we became increasingly interested in a specific car and started to consider making a purchase. In stead of wasting time bouncing numbers back and forth, he asked us what our max payment was, went and spoke with Orlando and came back with a deal that worked. This dealership really proved to be a no BS dealership which in turn saved everyone tons of time. We had made previous plans for that Friday night and weren't able to complete to deal with enough time, so we put down a deposit and asked if we could come back on Sunday. James informed us that Sunday was his day off, but would come in and close the deal with us. That in itself was over and above what we have experienced at other dealerships. He referred us to Jon Frisby in finance and the great experience just kept on giving. He crunched numbers and worked deals with us until it was perfect, making sure that we were leaving with the best bang for our buck. After spending about 30 minutes with Jon, we finished up and were sent off to our new vehicle. James greeted us and again went over all the features of our new vehicle and made sure we felt confident with everything. In our deal we purchase the Zurich protections, and days after us purchasing the car, James is still working with us to get in and out with as little inconvenience as possible. We have never been huge fans of car dealerships, and from the stereotype, who would be. But these guys proved us wrong. It was such an incredible experience. Every time we come in, it feels like we are seeing friends. How awesome is that?! More

Excellent Customer Service I had been researching a new car for months, and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger I found the exact car I wanted to take home. We drove up I had been researching a new car for months, and when I was finally ready to pull the trigger I found the exact car I wanted to take home. We drove up to Don Mealey Sport Subaru and were immediately greeted by James Menzies. In a few short minutes we realized we were both originally from New England! What a small world. We let him know the specific car we were looking for... and of course it had sold earlier that day. He showed us other options on the lot and came to find my new ride sitting right up front. We went inside the office and James/team put together a fair offer for us to review. We felt no pressure through the purchasing process and he gave my boyfriend and I some space to discuss. We made our decision and started the process of signing the papers. Despite the office closing at 8 we were there until 9:30 getting the deal done (not their fault we walked onto the lot at 7). When James needed to leave for the day he put us in the capable hands of Angel to finish the process. Between Angel and Jon Frisby they did not rush us through the process, and made sure we fully understood everything about the car and walked us through the details of the financial deal. We had a great experience and I LOVE my new Subaru. :) More
