An excellent experience of buying a new car! It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quot It was a pleasure to buy my 2017 Subaru Outback at Sports Subaru in Orlando. I live in Daytona Beach and sent an email to the dealer asking for a quote for the car I wanted to buy. I got a reply and a quote from James Menzies. He followed up with a phone call. I told him about my trade in and provided him with details of my car. He quickly followed up with a trade in value of my car and told me about total cost to get my new car over the phone. I agreed to the price. and I went there next morning and got my car. The interesting thing is that I have not seen the new car except what he described to me and he has not seen my trade in and he accepted what I told him about it. This is all based simple trust of each other. While we were there, he took care of all the formalities after test driving the car a little, explained all the things about controls and how to use them, and drove the new car home. A simple pleasant experience all together. Thank You James. More

Quick, Fair transaction I was looking for a Subaru Legacy locally. Little problem with followup, so I contacted Sport Subaru. All information and questions were answered in a timely fashion on the phone or via e-mail. I made an appointment to to go in and work the deal. I had a pleasant test drive and then offered 4-5 scenarios I wanted pricing for. I wanted to consider a trade/purchase, a purchase without a trade, and a 3 lease options. All were evaluated for me and laid out. I reviewed all of them and made the decision. I met with the insurance and finance people immediately. Signed some paperwork, transferred my stuff from car to car and was on my way. No glitches, hangups, or delays. No add on selling, no other BS. This could not have been a better experience. Hats off to James Menzies, my specialist. . More

The only complaint is they forgot to activate the Sirius radio which they said was free for three months. I only wish more dealership will follow there example. More

Simply Amazing!
