After our purchase he has followed up with a phone call and emails to ensure that we were satisfied with our new Outback and making sure that we had no problems. Re the "Good" rating in the Price category: we were disappointed with the dealership for not agreeing to the valuation of our trade-in vehicle (2011 Hyundai Sonata) that we believed was very fair based on information we obtained on the internet. It was not a minor issue and quite important to us. It almost caused us to walk away from the deal but we were assured that it was the best the dealer would offer and we decided not to because everything else about the deal was satisfactory. More
