I've driven a SUV for the last several years but decided to test drive an Optima last Saturday. After listening to our preferences, James efficiently produced a list of cars for us to see. He toured us throughout their expansive lot so we could see the variety of colors and features on the various cars. We chose a beautiful snow white Optima with a sporty set of wheels and spoiler. I was thrilled with the way the Optima handled and immediately knew that I had found my car. James proficiently handled the sales process in a short period of time and we drove away in my new car. Every interaction with staff members was friendly and professional and the atmosphere in this dealership is comfortable and welcoming.
