James went the extra mile to find a car with the interior color I wanted and had it brought to Athens from another dealership. He made sure the car was there at the time he had specified -- it was there and ready to roll when I drove into the dealership 15 minutes early. He has been great the work with -- following up with phone calls to make sure I am happy with the car and helping me figure out what a tiny little warning light meant (frost warning -- who knew?). I highly recommend James as your personal salesman -- I don't think you will be disappointed! More
