Great Customer Service! I purchased a vehicle from Bulldog Kia in 2012 and continue to have it serviced there. They have a "no pressure" sales staff and the service departmen I purchased a vehicle from Bulldog Kia in 2012 and continue to have it serviced there. They have a "no pressure" sales staff and the service department always gets me in and out on time. As far as auto dealerships go - they are on the top of the list. Second time to purchase a vehicle from Bulldog Kia. I first spoke with Austin Hammond who was very professional at all times. Great Experience! Not your Ordinary Dealership. I had contacted Bulldog Kia last year and spoke with James Montalvo. He was very friendly and curteous. I felt no pressure from James, however he followed up with me through friendly emails over the next several months just to see how I was doing and if he could help in my automobile needs he would be glad to help. I knew then when I got ready to purchase my vehicle where I was going. So last weekend I went in to Bulldog Kia to see what my options where with the help of Jason Brown I was able to get me a 2015 Kia Optima. I cannot be more pleased with the professional and friendly help that I recived. I was in and out in the car I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. Steven in financing was great. My overall experience was over the top. They earned my business herar on out Customer for Life. Go for yourself and experience a great car buying experience. More
