Upon arrival at the Bulldog Kia dealership I was greeted by Mr. James Montalvo. He was very polite, informative and made me feel right at home. I'm hard to please and knew what I wanted. I was pleased that he went above and beyond to ensure that I left the dealership with the SUV I wanted. James was a really warm, genuine guy, which made the whole car-buying stuff much easier. Everyone there was helpful, the car was great and the warranty was good. James did an outstanding job. I wasn't going to buy a car that day, but he sold me on the fact that the car was not just sharp, but it drives like a breeze. I love the fact that it has a five year 60, a car that day, but he sold me on the fact that the car was not just sharp, but it drives like a breeze. I love the fact that it has a five year 60,000 mile warranty and 10 year/100,000 mile power train warranty. James was professional, and everyone that the dealership was friendly and made me feel I was part of the family. I must say that despite my cautious attitude I was pleasantly surprised to have felt very comfortable with the service provided by Bulldog Kia. James Montalvo, the employee that helped us was very ho pleasantly surprised to have felt very comfortable with the service provided by Bulldog Kia. James Montalvo, the employee that helped us was very honest, very friendly, and very out-going. I do not have the best credit history and they were respectful about that. They worked things out so that we could get a car that we so desperately needed.
