Words cant explain the experience I had at bulldog kia. I can truely say that I am blessed and thankful for my experiemce. James Montalvo my family & I owe you a big thank you. I had loss of hope filling out papaerwork to see if I would get approved. The moment James walked up to me and we started discussing options I knew he was one of the few dealers that actually love what they do. He was patient very knowledgeable about everything. He was very patient and understanding , he alsobshared kimd words of wisdom that lifted my spirits and gave me high hope and certainty. As a first time buyer it was a perfect experience that one would want. I would do it all over again if I had to. The entire Bulldog Kia is an amazing dealership by far, I can honestly say this b/c prior to meeting the staff I had been consulting a few different dealerships & I didn't receive the customer service as I did here. They made a promise and kept the promise.I highly recommend Bulldog Kia and I will definitely recommend James Montalvo. THANK YOU SO MUCH for everything I love my Kia Sorento. I found the Sorrento I wanted online, went to Bulldog Kia and was immediately greeted by John. He found my car and understood my desire for wanting a speedy purchase. John was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful with getting me everything I wanted. I was able to purchase the Sorrento I wanted in exactly the manner I wanted. This is my second pre-owned Kia Sorrento purchase from Bulldog Kia and I recommend them to everyone!! I am a very happy customer and John is a great sales person. More

Every part of our experience was top notch. We were greeted at the door by James Montalvo, who quickly and efficiently determined our needs and wishes and proceeded to get us the Sorrento we wanted. We had decided beforehand on an LX, but did not have our exterior/interior color preference on the lot. Bulldog quickly determined there was a titanium/silver with gray interior LX in a nearby dealership- and arranged for delivery the next day. Everyone we met was eager and willing to please. We quickly arrived at a very fair price- got a $500 car comparison rebate, and were offered 0% financing. We could not be more pleased! More

My husband and I went into the dealership just to look but purchased a Kia before we left. We found James Montalvo very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, but at the same time he was not pushy. He ask but purchased a Kia before we left. We found James Montalvo very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, but at the same time he was not pushy. He ask questions to find out what we wanted and then allowed us to pick the vehicle that would best meet our needs. Wonderful experience and he and Steven White stayed after hours to complete the deal and did not seem to care it was past hours. Great expericence. More

James was awesome! When we pulled up he came right out and greeted us. His energy was great. We spent a couple of hours there getting everything in order and he went above and beyond making sure our expec and greeted us. His energy was great.
