The video was personalized and emailed to me immediately. She was EXTREMELY devoted to assisting me with getting the car I purchased. The other thing I appreciated was how Kia made sure to link me up with James prior to going on her vacation. She completely filled James in on where she and I were in the process. Consequently, when I came in yesterday to test drive and purchase the vehicle, the transition from Kia to James was absolutely seamless. James did a beautiful job bringing the deal home. Like Kia, James was very nice, professional, easy to talk to, and definitely very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. More
