Jesse, the salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was seeking information about a new BMW X3 30i. He didn't pressure me in any way. And, he helped me get a very good deal. Darian, the tech "Genius", walked me through everything on the car. He's a very good teacher of technology. John, in the Finance Department, made the paperwork aspect of buying a car less daunting. He was very organized and explained the documents in an easily understandable fashion. The friendliness of everyone and their no-pressure personalities made car buying a non-stressful experience. Having just moved from California to Florida with my X5 breaking down in Texas and repaired at a BMW center there, Brent was able to retrace what was done and complete my service., which was due halfway ac breaking down in Texas and repaired at a BMW center there, Brent was able to retrace what was done and complete my service., which was due halfway across the US. I found Brent to be professional, affable, and provided service well above my prior experiences with other service BMW centers. Now residing in Ocala, I will definitely be taking my X5 to Brent for all my future service needs. More

Service department is very important for me. So easy to find dealer to purchase a car but service to the car is not very easy to come by but Brent from BMW service department is the best !!!
