I have purchased 6 cars over the past decade from Bozard. The sales rep was awesome, but the process of buying a car is awful. The time spent between picking out the car and leaving with the car was 6 hours! The sales rep was awesome, but the process of buying a car is awful. I was pleasantly surprised by the straightforwardness of the sales staff. I was greeted by friendly people without feeling hounded or pressured. When it came time to meet with the "finance guy" I was again met with honesty. I asked not to be sold a bunch of extras and he accepted my request without opposition. It was so refreshing.
