Purchased a Tesla from this site 12/29/23. Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for Noted a broken seat adjustment peice and was marked for We Owe repair. Was told orginally set to be repaired on 1-3-24. On 1-2-24 when inquiring for confirmation and time, was told they ordered wrong part and would have to reorder. Part takes 5-7 days for delivery. Followed up 12 days after being told this timelines and part still pending delivery. Now expected sometime between 17th and 31st of Jan. 2 full weeks after initial repair date that was provided at time of purchase. Recieved a call on the 18thstating part had arrived and inquired about scheduling. Noted at home repair was an optional they will have mobile company call to setup. Now we are at the 22nd and still no call to setup service to repair the part that was supposed to be repaired on the 3rd that was Noted when Purchased. Sales rep CJ no longer responding to contact attempts. Service department no longer responding to text via message system and no longer providing updates or call backs. Requested Service manager to call me back and have not heard anything. Love the car. Want this part fixed. More

I have purchased 4 Trucks from Jose and I’ll buy my next 20 from him. 21 if I’m alive then. Not only does he make sure you get the best deal but he will literally bring you dinner and self serve the entire family. I kid you not, not even 2 hours after I purchased my first truck from Jose he literally came over with the best Tacos a man or woman could eat and served my entire family. He brings Christmas gifts to my kids on Christmas. A turkey on thanks giving. He just won’t stop giving back. Don’t even get me started on Valentine’s Day…. Jose took me out and he wine and dined me. I ordered a new Bronco sport and was excited to receive it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of sever it. The first time I drove it I mentioned there was something wrong with the brakes. I was pushed aside by several employees over the course of several days before finally speaking with Justin. He did not doubt me or make me feel as if I was ignorant and didn’t know what I was talking about while telling me there was nothing wrong with the brakes like the previous employees. I don’t remember all the names of the employees that dismissed me, but I do remember Matt in service. He drove the sport and when he returned he told me there was nothing wrong with them. I was dismissed once again. Then Justin stepped in and asked for me to bring my Bronco Sport up for them to do a throughout inspection. It took me a couple of days to feel comfortable enough to bring it back in. I sent videos to Justin of what the brakes were doing and how they were not working properly. After Bozard having the car for about a week I was told I would have to choose a different vehicle to trade my new sport in on. I have to be honest, at this point I was not hopeful. Justin handed me over to Brian to help me find something and to my surprise there happen to be a brand new Bronco delivered the day before and it came available the morning I had to start looking for something. Brian was extremely helpful and he listened to me and any concerns I had. Justin and Brian went above and beyond to make sure I left a happy customer. I have bought several cars from Bozard but this was the most pleasant purchase I could have had after everything I just experienced with the sport. I know the brake issue was not because of Bozard, but the first few people that wrote me off should have listened to me when I said there was something wrong with them. Instead they dismissed me and made me feel stupid for a lack of better words. I don’t know if they didn’t want to listen because it was a brand new car or if it was because a woman was telling them there was something wrong. I will always remember Matt and how small he made me feel. But I will also remember Brian for being so kind to me and helping me find something better than I could have ever imagined. I am extremely in love with my new Bronco! Thank you, Brian and Justin! More
