It’s almost impossible to put in words how comfortable, safe and happy that I felt dealing with Ken Campos Cestero ! *. Everything from the first visit, staying past 6 PM no matter what he had going on in safe and happy that I felt dealing with Ken Campos Cestero ! *. Everything from the first visit, staying past 6 PM no matter what he had going on in his personal life, to the test drive, to coming back the following day on a Sunday (on his day off,) to finish up the lease…was 1000% PERFECT!!!! Also, the very first time I came to look at the jeep Compass…, Jermaine, a perfect gentleman, did everything to make us feel valued! My daughter said that Ken was recommended, and I kind of felt bad, that Jermaine didn’t get any credit towards the lease, but neither of the guys seemed to be concerned, ….they were only happy that it worked out and that I was happy ! I will be driving from Bergen County, NJ, to Nanuet… Every time I need another lease ! THIS PLACE IS SO WELCOMING, SAFE, PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY, ……AND I AM OVER THE MOON ABOUT MY JEEP ( I’ve been ducked !! ) PS: my rubber mats are so classy - thank you !
