I purchase a Audi Q5 this week from the Ft Lauderdale Audi dealership. Sales person Tim Alexander’s Friendly demeanor and thorough knowledge of the vehicle made the purchase a great experience. The show room closes at 7 PM and I was having some slight issues with my own insurance company which delayed the process. Tim made some extra phone calls and we ended up leaving 9 o’clock, two hours after closing time. All along Tim never lost his patients. When we were outside just after 9 o’clock with my new Vehicle and I saw the cleaning crew cleaning the windows I was thinking Tim has to “take off now” since its late.
