My salesperson Jeff Klukis was very helpful. It takes some doing to learn the new features of the car and Jeff has taken the time to teach me how to learn them. He knows his product and I most certainly some doing to learn the new features of the car and Jeff has taken the time to teach me how to learn them. He knows his product and I most certainly would recommend him to friends. I am very happy with my new car and was most pleased that it was in stock during this shortage of cars. The difficulty I experienced was the length of time it took to buy the car after the decision of which car to buy. I spent 4 hours on a cash deal to finish the paperwork. In the time spent with your finance person he acknowledged how busy he was but he could have at least offered a bottle of water. This is meant as my observation and would just suggest that your dealership provide water and perhaps coffee when it takes so long to complete paperwork. More
