I brought my 2012 Grand Cherokee for inspection and a recall and when I picked it back up the right front blinker didn't work anymore. I went back to them and initially everybody agreed that it was proba recall and when I picked it back up the right front blinker didn't work anymore. I went back to them and initially everybody agreed that it was probably not coincidence and that we would just quickly change the bulb and move on. When they looked at it they realized it wasn't the bulb but a lose cable or so. Now the manager comes from the back and tries to tell me that I couldn't prove to him that it was them and that it from his perspective surely was coincidence. He said: Just because a car breaks down on a Giant Eagle parking lot, doesn't mean its Giant Eagle's fault! I tried to explain that I didn't just park it on their parking lot but that they had actually worked on it but couldn't get anywhere. First car service person I have ever yelled at (sorry for the unnecessary f-word). I left with an inspected but broken car and will never come back. Would advise anyone to do the same. More

I had my windshield replaced and needed to have my state inspection stickers replaced. I thought it would be a fifteen minute job. However ,when I got to the dealership i was told the original stickers we inspection stickers replaced. I thought it would be a fifteen minute job. However ,when I got to the dealership i was told the original stickers were not removed properly and they would have to do a complete new inspection. which they di and got me back on the road in about an hour. I thought the dealership went out of their way to accommodate me since I did not have a scheduled appointment.. Thanks ! More
