Everything went good up till leaving the car at the service center. I was waiting for the call/message (in the waiting room) from the service center that my car is done, but did not happen till I went service center. Found out that my car was done by 12:30pm, but nobody bother to notify me--that sucked!! More

Terrible customer service. We have had our vehicle serviced twice in the last year at Claremont Toyota. Both times the workers are snotty, rude, dismissive and unprofessional.
